Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on Etruscagioielli.com. 

To proceed with the return, fill in the online return form. Once completed, you will receive the receipt by email to be printed and inserted in the package. The products to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the date of completion in the form.

the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged; the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal; the products are returned in their original packaging.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, Milor S.p.A. will refund the price of the purchased products in full, with only the return shipping costs at your expense. Otherwise the return will not be accepted

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after Milor S.p.A. will have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a return acceptance e-mail and Milor S.p.A. will proceed with the refund, which will be credited within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.

All products offered for sale by Milor S.p.A. they are equipped with an identification tag fixed with a disposable guarantee seal, which forms an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and relative seal. Otherwise the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. The shipping address is Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan. In case of loss or damage to the products during transport it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.

These Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
