The products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee from the date of purchase. The guarantee will be valid only if the use of the product is assessed by Milor as compliant with the section of the site relating to "Jewellery Care".
Rhodium and gold plating defects caused by improper use of the product, as well as accidental breakage of stones and locking mechanisms are not covered by the guarantee.
In any case, the shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
