To proceed with the return, fill in the online return form. Once completed you will receive by email the receipt to be printed and included in the package. The products to be returned must be shipped within 14 days from the date of filling in the form.

the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged; the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal; the products are returned in their original packaging.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, Milor S.p.A. will refund you in full the price of the products purchased, remaining at your expense only for the shipping costs for the return. Otherwise the return will not be accepted

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after Milor S.p.A. will have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail accepting the return and Milor S.p.A. will proceed with the refund, which will be credited within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.

All products offered for sale by Milor S.p.A. they are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable guarantee seal, which is an integral part of the asset. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The shipping address is Milor Spa - Via dei Gracchi 35 - 20146 Milan. In case of loss or damage to the products during transport, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
