What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange ordered items within 14 days of delivery by completing the online return form. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation to print and include in the package.

Within 14 days of submitting the return request, please ship the order at your own expense to: Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, Italy, including the return receipt.

Once your package is received, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be issued within 14 days from return acceptance.
