Delivery

Etrusca Gioielli partners with DHL and UPS to ship orders to customers. Shipments can be tracked through the courier’s website for both domestic and international orders.

Returns Policy

Return Procedure

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without providing any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the products purchased on Etruscagioielli.com.
To initiate a return, please complete the modulo di reso online. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt to print and include in the package.

Returned products must be shipped within 14 days from the date the return form is completed.

Conditions for Returned Products

Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged; The identification tag must still be attached to the product with its single-use seal; Products must be returned in their original packaging.

If all conditions are met, Milor S.p.A. will issue a full refund for the returned products. Shipping costs for the return remain the customer’s responsibility. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Refund Times & Methods

In accordance with Article 56, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, once Milor S.p.A. has received and inspected the return, you will receive an email confirming acceptance. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of acceptance.

Product Identification Tag

All products sold by Milor S.p.A. are equipped with an identification tag secured with a single-use warranty seal, which is an integral part of the product.
Please try the product without removing the tag or seal. If removed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to: Milor S.p.A. – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, Italy. In the event of loss or damage during transport, a refund cannot be issued.

Consumer Code

These Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law, in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I “Consumer Rights in Contracts”.

24-Month Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid only if the product has been used in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the “Jewelry Care” section of the website, as assessed by Milor.Defects related to rhodium plating or gold plating caused by improper use, as well as accidental breakage of stones or clasp mechanisms, are not covered by the warranty.
In all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
